i got a Xerox 4635... and i got a CONTROLLER MESSAGES 09-201 about Open Processor front doors, clear areas 4, 5, 6, and 7, then close the doors but i tried this and not work... friend of my is a support of this machine but he need some tips to fix it... can u help me ? and if the answer is yes... tell me how in support/mechanic format i will understand
