My manual feed tray has stopped being able to grab 80# paper. I have the paper settings in the printer set to thick card stock but the printer seems unable to grab the paper. Instead, after trying for minute or so, the printer gives up trying to get the paper and gives me a paper jam error. Normal weight paper feeds fine. The card stock is paper I've used successfully with this printer countless times before so I wonder if it's a mechanical problem.
