When I turn on my memorywriter 6020, the printer light, memory light, caps lock light and two other lights on the left (I am at home and cannot remember which two) come on and stay on. The carriage moves to the left and stops. Normally it would move to the left, beep once and be ready for typing. It doesn't beep or move to the typing position. I feel like it is "locked up". Any suggestions?
