Tablet will not charge - only purchased last week in Puerto Colon, Tenerife. Returned home to UK 14/4/15 and plugged in to recharge but will not. One very unhappy customer and upset daughter who we bought the tablet for. I have proof of purchase and shop advised they registered for warranty - how do I get a replacement?
