Question About Zebra Technologies Printer ZP 500 Plus
Aligning Labels Properly...

The labels never print properly, we always waste an entire label because it spits out about 1-1.5" before it prints the label. I have tried to fix this in printer properties but nothing seems to fix it. We are using part #156297-435 for the labels as recommended by FedEx Please respond to kraussgraphics@fuse.net Thanks! Kim

5 have you tried holding the line feed button down until the light flashes 4 times then let go. this should recalibrate the machine.
