We have set up our new Zebra TLP 2824 printer and ...

We have set up our new Zebra TLP 2824 printer and it does print, but only one label is readable. After I print one label the next ones are faded. I have double checked the ribbon installation and label installation and they appear to be correctly installed. Not sure where to go from here? Allie
