I just got the Zeki 10" tablet and right out of the box, it doesn't load past the 'Zeki logo screen'. I've done the reset- and the hard reset, still nothing. I want to reinstall the Jelly bean 4.1.1 OS using an SD card but I can't find a download to do it. Please help!
