2. Sychronize the Primary and redundant CPUs. Refer to
Table7-1 for more information on the CPU configuration
dialog box parameters).
3. Click SYNCHRONIZE to save the synchronization images and
configurations, or STATUS to refresh the status information
for both the Primary and redundant CPUs.
Synchronizing

Redundant
CPUs Using the
CLI
To synchronize the Primary and redundant CPU’s using the CLI.
enter the following command in Priv mode:
> # cpu_redundancy sychronize

Parameter Definition
Status Displays the functional status of the CPU modules.
Power-Up/
Reset Image
Displays the running configuration image for each CPU
module.
APP1 • Version - Displays the current running version of
application 1 (APP1) for each CPU module. You
must use version 5.0 or greater in order to make
use of the router redundancy protocol.
• Checksum - Displays the TBD
APP2 • Version - Displays the current running version of
application 2 (APP2) for each CPU module. You
must use version 5.0 or greater in order to make
use of the router redundancy protocol.
• Checksum - Displays the TBD
Startup Config • Date/Time Modified - Displays the date and
time that the configuration (startup.txt) was
modified.
• Checksum - Displays the TBD.
