4. Select Search to start:
— If the available routes are found they are displayed in the
IPX Route Table dialog box.
— If no routes are available, a message is displayed in the
IPX Route Table dialog box.
Examine the IPX Route Table
To examine the IPX route table:
1. Perform an IPX Route Table search as described in "Search the
IPX Route Table", section. If available routes are found they
are displayed in the IPX Route Table dialog box.
2. Refer to Table12-8 to review your configuration:

Parameter Defines the...
Select Parameter selected.
Network Network number (in hex) of the IPX network.
Interface Interface associated with the IPX network.
Source Method by which the network was learned. For
example, RIP, local, or static.
TTL Number of seconds before the route expires.
Ticks Amount of time (in ticks) that the packet takes to
reach the network number you specified. A tick is
approximately 1/18th of a second.
Hops Number of routers (hops) that the packet must
pass through before reaching the network number
associated with the IPX network.
Next-Hop MAC
Address
MAC address of the next destination through
which the network is reached.
