AllabovewarrantiesarenullandvoidiftheBelkinproductisnot
providedtoBelkinforinspectionuponBelkin’srequestatthesole
expenseofthepurchaser,orifBelkindeterminesthattheBelkin
producthasbeenimproperlyinstalled,alteredinanyway,ortampered
with.TheBelkinProductWarrantydoesnotprotectagainstactsofGod
suchasflood,lightning,earthquake,war,vandalism,theft,normal-use
wearandtear,erosion,depletion,obsolescence,abuse,damagedue
tolowvoltagedisturbances(i.e.brownoutsorsags),non-authorized
program,orsystemequipmentmodificationoralteration.

within15daysoftheOccurrence.Bepreparedtoprovidethe
followinginformation:
a.ThepartnumberoftheBelkinproduct.
b.Whereyoupurchasedtheproduct.
c.Whenyoupurchasedtheproduct.
d.Copyoforiginalreceipt.
2. YourBelkinCustomerServiceRepresentativewilltheninstruct
youonhowtoforwardyourreceiptandBelkinproductandhowto
proceedwithyourclaim.
BelkinreservestherighttoreviewthedamagedBelkinproduct.All
costsofshippingtheBelkinproducttoBelkinforinspectionshall
bebornesolelybythepurchaser.IfBelkindetermines,initssole
discretion,thatitisimpracticaltoshipthedamagedequipmentto
Belkin,Belkinmaydesignate,initssolediscretion,anequipmentrepair
facilitytoinspectandestimatethecosttorepairsuchequipment.The
cost,ifany,ofshippingtheequipmenttoandfromsuchrepairfacility
andofsuchestimateshallbebornesolelybythepurchaser.Damaged
equipmentmustremainavailableforinspectionuntiltheclaimis
finalized.Wheneverclaimsaresettled,Belkinreservestherightto
besubrogatedunderanyexistinginsurancepoliciesthepurchaser
may have.
