To Unlock:
1. Turn the number dials to the correct combination.
2. Pull on the gold release pin at the rear of the lock
and remove lock mechanism.
To Reset Combination:
1. Make sure that the correct combination is selected
(for example, “000” if setting the lock for the
first time).
2. Locate the small reset button on the side of the
lock. Depress the button with a ballpoint pen or
similar object. At the same time, turn the number
dials to desired combination. Release the button
and the new combination is saved.
Note: Due to variations in the thickness of notebook
security cases and slots, you may need to use the
rubber washer included to ensure a tight fit. Simply
select the correct washer, remove seal to expose
adhesive backing, place the washer over the lock pins,
and seal the washer.
