Troubleshooting Cisco 1800 Series Routers

If you encounter problems with your Cisco 1800 series integrated services router (modular), the
information in this document can help you isolate problems in the router or eliminate the router as the
source of the problem.

Chassis type and serial number
Maintenance agreement or warranty information
Type of software and version number
Date you received the router
Brief description of the problem
Brief explanation of the steps you have taken to isolate the problem
