Task List for Common Interface Module
• Check condition of CIM
• Mount the Common Interface Module in rack
• Check cable length
• Check air flow ventilation and obstruction
• Check for air contamination, humidity, and temperature
• Connect 10Base-T between the Common Interface Module and 1600
• Connect other cables
• Check voltage
• Install power from the Common Interface Module to power source
• Check fuses (if used)
• Configure PC/terminal
