1. Follow the procedures in

2. Remove:
a) battery
b) hinge cover
c) keyboard
d) optical drive
e) palmrest
f) display assembly
g) display bezel
h) display panel
3. Peel off the tape securing the LVDS cable connection.
4. Disconnect the LVDS cable from the display panel.
5. Peel off the display cable from the adhesive affixing it to the display panel.
