Controls the key codes.

Key attribute length, key attribute, key code length, key code and reserved space are returned in order (12 bytes).
Key attribute length
: Size of the key attribute (2 bytes)
Key attribute

Bit 0: 0 = key OFF, 1 = key ON
Bit 1: 0 = shift key OFF, 1 = shift key ON
