4 Mounting the IP DSLAM
The illustration below shows how to mount the EDN312 after the subscriber
lines, exchange lines through the EDGE connector have been pulled.
The EDGE connector is removed from the bracket-tool and inserted in the
rear of the IP DSLAM. The IP DSLAM has been labelled with “line” on one
side and “exchange” on the other side.
After the EDGE connectors have been inserted the IP DSLAM is pressed
into place on the two rods in the subrack.
