Please have your UPS model, serial numbers and date of purchase on hand prior
to your call. This information is located on the identification label on the rear panel
of the unit. This information is essential in retrieving your unit’s historical records.
Should our service department determine service is required, you will be given a
Return Material Authorization number (RMA) along with return shipping
instructions.
The RMA number issued must appear on the outside of the shipping carton. The
original shipping container must be used when returning any SG Series product.

Electric will not assume any responsibility for shipping damage. In the
event of shipping damage, you will be notified of the damage and be instructed to
file a claim with the freight carrier. You will be billed for all repairs caused by the
shipping damage. You must submit a copy of our repair invoice to the carrier for
reimbersment.
All units must be returned prepaid. The address and shipping instructions will be
given to you at the time the RMA is issued.
