When performing a Repair Clip on an organized P2 clip, the clip
FILE NAME is changed and moved to a pre-processing
folder.This newly named clip is assigned the last clip number
already issued by the FS-100 and the clip numbers of the clips
after the repaired clip are incremented down by one.
For example, the FS-100 has four clips -- A(1), B(2), C(3), and
D(4).
REPAIR CLIP is performed on clip B(2). Clip B is assigned
the last number used (4) and the other clips after B in the list
have their numbers incremented down one: A(1), C(2), D(3),
B(4).
