Protect Equipment from
Weather. Locate Intelabox, control
head, relays, and wire connections
where they are not exposed to rain,
condensation, spills … Insulate
connections from weather. Never place
K-9 equipment under floor mats.
Test all connections prior to
connecting Intelabox. Vehicle options,
wire location/Color may vary.
Use Grommets where wires pass
through Body and Firewall. Seal
grommets to prevent water damage.
Do Not remove Factory
Connectors from Intelabox.
These connectors allow for easy removal
of equipment for reinstallation in Future
Vehicles.
Removing gender specific connectors
may result in accidental damage to
Intelabox.
F250 - F550 Neutral

With Police package
and/or
Column shifter.
Neutral Safety Connection
(Park signal ground in park)
Wire connection is available off the
Brake shift interlock Harness. The
harness is located on the right side
steering column. The wire is color
Green. Tee the brown neutral safety
wire from the intelabox to the 07-08
F250 - F550’s Green wire.
Unlock
Connect at motor or b-pillar connector.
Cut wire & connect according to labels.
Wire Color
2007-08 = Brown/Green
Unlock Test: battery voltage when the
unlock switch is pressed.
Solenoid
Ground the solenoid to chassis.
NOT to the door.
