Bit0: Initialized flag (maintained Power-OFF/ON)
0 = When any user LBA is written, this bit is cleared.
This bit is also cleared if the capacity of the drive is changed via
SET MAX (EXT), DCO.
1= A WRITE SAME command to all logical blocks has completed
without error.

01h = not support (Standby).
02h = not support (Sleep).
