Follow these steps if the printer encounters a communication problem over a
local connection:
1.
Verify that all cables are firmly attached to the printer and the computer.
If you are not using a USB connection, verify that the parallel cable
adapter is firmly attached to the printer. Verify that the parallel
adapter is firmly attached to the parallel adapter.
If you are using a USB connection, verify that the USB cable is firmly
attached to the printer and the computer.
2.
Press the Cancel button to cancel the print job.
3.
Resend your document.
