Deleting Documents from a Confidential Box
Perform following procedure to delete documents from a Confidential box.
You can collectively delete documents from Confidential boxes in the Key Operator Mode.
See "Initializing the FAX Image Memory" (p. 14-32).
1. Press [FA X] on the control panel to view the FAX Basic
screen, if it is not already displayed.
2. Press APPLICATION on the FAX Basic screen.
3. Press File print.
4. Press Confiden.
5. Select the Confidential box No., which you want to delete,
using or . Then press DELETE.
• To interrupt operation, press BACK.
• Press or when desiring to displays the next or previous screen.
