3. Press Entry/Edit in the Program.
• The program list screen appears when List in the Program has been pressed. If any pro-
grammed number is registered, you can edit it by pressing EDIT in that screen.
• See "Changing Contents of Program Dial Operations" (p. 13-16).
To change the program No. indicated, press Program No. and enter the new one from
the key pad.
4. Enter the FAX number or E-Mail address.
Enter the FAX number or E-Mail address on the key pad, abbreviated dial number,
group dial number or Internet Fax.
• When entering the FAX number on the key pad
You can use Ext line, Tone, Pause and -.
Ext line : The outside line access code can be entered only when PBX connection
is defined as ON. [E-] is indicated on the screen.
Tone : Use to generate tone signals when the dial line is used. You can use this
to utilize FAX information service. [T] is indicated on the screen.
