Registering Internet Fax Mail Address
Up to 400 Internet Fax and computer mail addresses for remote stations, including E-Mail
addresses already registered in the scanner can be registered. By registering names and Char-
acters to search in advance when registering the mail addresses of remote stations, addresses
can be specified using the Character to search feature. This section describes procedure to reg-
ister a mail address, name, Character to search, ORIGINAL MODE, and Application function to
Internet Fax address, and procedure to change or delete Internet Fax address registered once
are described.
Registering the Mail Address
1. Press [FAX] on the control panel to open the FAX Basic
screen.
• Up to 400 addresses (000 - 399) including those of the scanner can be registered.
• Up to 60 characters and symbols can be registered as a mail address.
2. Press ENTRY.
