4. If there is a password specified, the Key Operator password
entry screen appears.
Enter the Key Operator password (4 digits) from the numeric key pad displayed and
press OK.
The service representative determines the Key Operator password. It is the Key Operator's
responsibility to manage the password. Ask the service representative for the Key Operator
password.
5. Press 4. FAX.
Some items may not be displayed depending on the optional settings.
