4. Press EDIT on the PC-Fax Rx set screen and set to ON.
ON: A PC-Fax is received in response either to a FAX number, or to a PC-Fax number.
5. Press EDIT in the Rx Output Box and select [Fixed Box] or
[Designated Box] as required.
Your selection determines in which box received files are saved.
Fixed Box: a received file is sent to Box No.0.
Designated Box: a received file is sent to a box between No.1000 and No.1099.
6. Set the Print Function either to YES or NO.
YES: a received file is sent to a Box before being printed out.
7. If you want to, enter a password (4 digits) using a keypad.
8. Set the Check Password to YES or NO as required.
You need to use a password when saving a received file in a designated box.
The password box is also grayed out when the [Rx Output Box] is set to Fixed Box or when
the [PC-Fax Rx set] is OFF.
9. Press Sender (TSI) Rx Box.
