3.1. Access Point Manager Configuration Utility
The Windows based configuration
program; Access Point Manager
provides easy monitoring, checking and
changing of the Access Point parameters.
Place the enclosed CD or Floppy disk into
the computer you want to use to connect
to the AP. Start the set-up program
setup.exe from the enclosed CD or
diskette and follow the instructions given
there. When finished start the program
Access Point Manager. It will
automatically search and detect all LINDY
Access Points in your network
Double click to any Access Point
Symbol to view or change the
settings of the AP selected. The
Default Password as supplied is
“default”
After having entered the correct password the
program will display the MAC address, the
frequency domain (dependent on the
regulations of the countries where used), the
firmware version, connection statistics, the
upgrade utility page, security, access and
encryption settings, etc.

If you want to set up a wireless LAN with more
then 1 Access Point and you are not familiar
with the basic knowledge for this kind of
