• Place the scale on a hard and flat surface to ensure the greatest accuracy and reliability. Weighing
on a carpet might affect accuracy of the scale.
• To ensure the most accurate readings, always weigh yourself on the same area of the scale plat-
form and on the same floor surface. Uneven floors may affect readings.
• Weigh yourself without clothes and footwear, before meals and always at the same time of a day
for a more accurate weigh. Early morning is a good time.
• Be sure the needle points to zero (0) before using it.

• Stand squarely and gently on the scale, without leaning forward or backward and distribute your
weight evenly between your feet.
• Clean your scale with a damp cloth and do not allow water to get inside the scale.
• Do not use any chemical cleanser.
• Do not immerse your scale into any liquid, as this can damage the inner parts.
• Do not store the scale in an upright position.
• Treat your scale with care. It’s a precision instrument, do not drop it or jump on it.
• This scale is only used in household for body weight measurement, not for commercial or other
