Compensates for Altitudes above sea level beginning at 2,000 feet (610 meters) elevation and every 1,000
feet (305 meters) higher.
Conservative Factor:
Reduces NORM/FREE NDLs to those for the Altitude 3,000 feet (915 meters) higher.
