BATTERY LEVEL STATUS
Requests the battery level, expressed as a percentage of maxi-
mum (full charge).
Send Query to UPS: ?BATTERYSTAT<CR>
Action: Load level will be displayed
Response: $BATTERY = xxx<CR>
xxx is the battery charge level (percentage of maximum charge)
expressed in decimal format. If the value is less than 100, the
hundreds digit is represented with a 0.
