I can't unlock BlackBerry Bridge
Many passwords are case sensitive. Verify that each character you type is correctly entered in uppercase or lowercase.
If you're having trouble unlocking BlackBerry Bridge using the Remote Control mode, you might need to enter your
BlackBerry Balance password instead of your BlackBerry smartphone password.
