CCF — Complement Carry Flag

Operation: C ← NOT C
The carry flag (C) is complemented. If C = "1", the value of the carry flag is changed to logic
zero; if C = "0", the value of the carry flag is changed to logic one.
Flags: C: Complemented.
No other flags are affected.
