LIMITED WARRANTY
Sony warrants this print media product
(print cartridge and print paper) (the
“Product”) to be free from defect in
material or workmanship for a period of
90 days from the date of original
purchase of the Product from the seller.
If the Product should proved to be
defective in material of workmanship
during the above period, then upon
return of the Product together with
original proof of purchase, the Product
will be replaced by either the seller or
Sony or the purchase price shall be
refunded at Sony’s sole discretion.
SUCH REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF
THE PURCHASER. SONY SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR
DAMAGES INCIDENTAL, DIRECT OR
CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF
THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
THIS PRODUCT. EXCERPT TO THE
EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY. THE COLOR OF THE
PICTURES PRINTED BY USING THIS
PRODUCT MAY CHANGE IN TIME,
AND THEREFORE, WITHOUT
LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE
FOREGOING, SONY SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH COLOR
CHANGES IN TIME. THIS WARRANTY
DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE OR
DEFECT DUE TO ACCIDENT, MISUSE,
ABUSE OR NEGLECT.

not allow the exclusion or limitation on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you. Additionally, some

defectos en cuanto al material y a la
mano de obra durante un período de 90
días a partir de la fecha original de
adquisición del Producto del vendedor.
Si se prueba que el Producto posee
defectos en cuanto a material o mano
de obra durante este período, después
de haber devuelto el Producto junto con
la prueba original de adquisición, el
Producto será reemplazado por el
vendedor o Sony, o se devolverá el
importe de adquisición, a juicio de Sony.
