5 Click the “General” tab, select “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”, and click
“Properties”.
The “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties” window appears.
6 Select “Use the following IP address” and enter the following address
in the “IP Address” and “Subnet Mask” fields:
When multiple computers are connected to the Network Media Receiver, assign
different values to the different computers.
IP address 169.254.XXX.XXX (Enter “169.254” followed by two blocks of
three-digit numbers selected by you, such as “222.222”.)
Subnet mask 255.255.0.0
7 Click “OK”.
The fixed IP address selected above is assigned to the computer.
8 Close the “Local Area Connection Properties” and “Network
Connections” windows.
