Damage from use of parts not manufactured or sold by Toshiba

Service on any Product used in a critical application (defined below)

OW DO I OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
n order to obtain warranty service, please contact Toshibas

lternatively you can request an RMA online as follows:

Go to www.toshibastorage.com

Select Services & Support and then select Hard Drives & Optical
Drives Services & Support

Select Hard Drive Repair Center
-
Scroll down to Request a HDD Return Authorization (RMA) number.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online request form.

Within 24 hours the system will generate an RMA number which
will automatically be emailed to you.

ou must pre-pay all transportation and insurance charges for
s
hipment of the Product to the authorized service center, and
p
roperly pack the Product for shipment in the original packaging
o
r equivalent. You will not be reimbursed for this expense. If the
P
roduct is not insured, and the Product is lost or damaged during
t
ransit, you are responsible for such loss or damage.
