Press the [START] button on the control panel.
Upon request of the recipient's fax machine, the data of the original stored into memory are sent automatically.
Once they are sent, they are deleted from memory.
You can delete the data of the original from memory by canceling the polling transmission.

Polling reception
This equipment requests the sender's fax machine to send the data of the original.

Press the [FAX] button on the control panel.

Press the [ADVANCED] tab, and then press [POLLING].

If the password is set to the data of the original in the sender’s fax machine, press
[PASSWORD] to display the entry screen. Key in the password, and then press [OK].
If you do not have to key in the password, leave this entry box blank, and then press [OK].

Specify the sender’s fax number.

This equipment supports two types of receptions: Individual polling reception in which you specify a recipient’s
fax number and Multi-polling reception in which you specify multiple recipients’ fax numbers.

Press [SEND].

With the delayed transmission reservation, you can perform the polling reception on a specific date and time. To
do that, set the date and time before pressing [SEND].
