Microphone jack A 3.5 mm mini microphone jack enables
connection of a three-conductor mini jack for
monaural microphone input, and connection of a
stereo device for audio input.
Headphone jack A 3.5 mm mini headphone jack that lets you
connect a stereo headphone (16 ohm minimum).
When you connect headphones, the internal
speaker is automatically disabled.

Optical disc drive This computer is configured with a DVD Super
Multi drive. The full-size drive provides high-
performance execution of CD/DVD-ROM-based
programs.
Universal Serial Bus
(USB 2.0) port
Two Universal Serial Bus ports, which comply
with the USB 2.0 standard, are provided on the
right side of the computer.
Modem jack The modem jack allows you use to attach a
modular cable in order to connect the internal
modem directly to a telephone line.
Some models are equipped with a built-in
modem.
