REBATES: This mail-in rebate offer is valid only with
purchases between May 17, 2004 and
June 30, 2004
of the Toshiba Projector (part #TLP-S10U) by an end
user customer, excludes purchases made from Best
Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Costco, Datavision, J&R,
Laguna, Micro Center, Office Depot, PC Club, and
Staples (“End User”).
Other offers or rebates: This
rebate may be combined, and is valid in conjunction
with other Toshiba offers or rebates for the same
products.
Eligible participants: To qualify for this
rebate, End User must be a legal U.S. resident 18
years of age or older. Only the actual purchaser of
the qualifying product(s) may participate. Toshiba
Enterprise direct End User and Toshiba distributors,
resellers, and employees of Toshiba America
Information Systems, Inc. are ineligible for this rebate.
The rebate check must be presented for payment
within the period specified on the check (or 120 days
from the date of the check if not specified). If not
presented in time, the check will be void and the
rebate unavailable. End User must keep copies of
all materials sent. Materials received become the
property of Toshiba and will not be returned. Please
allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of check. For faster

Toshiba is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected
mail. It is illegal to submit multiple rebate requests for

under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Sections
1341-1342).
Restrictions: Only one rebate per quali-
fying purchase and limit one rebate per household.
Valid while supplies last for purchases made in the 50
United States, Puerto Rico and the District of
Columbia only. Refurbished, used or “B” stock prod-
ucts are not eligible. Promotion is void where prohibit-
ed or restricted by law.
