Question About Brother Fax Machine Fax 1030 Plain paper fax
check paper error message...

I keep getting the 'check paper' error message and eventhough I settle the paper back correctly into position my fax will no longer receive faxes and the error message does not disappear. Can anyone help please????

0 I open cover and adjust fax ribbon cartridge, ensure back in place, close lid and this usually fixes it. Prints fine then. All the best. Lilian
