SETTING UP...

I HAVE A DYMO LABELWRITER310 IT WAS WIPED OFF MY COMPUTER WHEN IT WENT IN FOR REPAIR ALTHOUGH I HAVE THE DISK I AM HAVING TROUBLE TRYING TO LOAD IT BACK ON THE COMPUTER I PUT THE DISK IN AN NOTHING HAPPENS
