Printers makes short circuit...

Dear reader, We have a OKi Microline 280 Elite printer with 220 VAC power connection. Printer some how makes short circuit. Every time we place a new fuse in electric circuit, the fuse goes down. Can I please receive a manual with electrical scheme so we can trouble shoot? Regards,
