Turn the unit off before unplugging from an electrical outlet.
Do not allow children to play with any plastic bags that accompany this unit.
Plastic bags may present a hazard to young children.
The edges of the stainless-steel collection plates are sharp. Do not rub
your hands on them.
Do not touch the stainless-steel collection plates after removing the filter.
A small amount of static charge may still be present if the unit was recently
turned off.
Inspect the stainless-steel collection plates after each cleaning to ensure
that they are not bent and touching each other. Performance may suffer
if the stainless-steel collection plates touch each other.
Make sure that the filter is fully inserted into the filter slots; otherwise,
the unit will not operate.
IMPoRTanT
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not alter
the plug in any way.
