9. Adjusting the Pressure of the
Separation Roller
If double feeding or pickup failure occurs,
adjust the position of the pressure spring used
for the separation roller.
• If double feeding occurs, move the spring in
the direction of B.
• If pickup failure occurs, move the spring in
the direction of A.
10. Orientation of the Separation
Roller
Keep the following in mind when replac-
ing the separation roller.
Caution:
If mounted in the wrong orientation, in-
terference with the clamp washer can
lead to faults. Take care.
