Write Error Counters Log
The Write Error Counters log is page 02h. Parameters 0 through 2 are not
supported and are returned as 0. All parameter lengths are 4 bytes long, except
parameter 8000 which is 8 bytes long.
The supported fields are listed in Table 19.
