Personal Box List
The Personal Box List is a status report for the 16 available
mailboxes.
There are four options for each mailbox:
· Close
This indicates that the mailbox has not been
programmed.
· Relay Broadcast
OKIFAX 5980 only
This indicates that the mailbox is programmed for a
Relay Broadcast.
· Confidential
This indicates that the mailbox is programmed as a
Confidential Mailbox.
· Bulletin Polling
This indicates that the box is programmed for Memory
Polling (Bulletin).
Use the Personal Box List as a reference when working with
Confidential Faxing, Bulletin Polling, or Relay Faxing.

Printing the Personal Box List
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
2 Press ᮡ to select Report Print. Press Enter.
3 Press ᮢ orᮡ until the report you want appears on the
display. Press Enter.
4 Press ᮢ orᮡ until Personal Box List is selected. Press
Enter.
5 Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to
return to standby mode.
