Powering Your Camcorder
1. Make sure the camcorder’s
CAM/OFF/VCR switch is in OFF.
2. Connect the DC cable’s small plug
into the DC OUTPUT jack on the car
cord adapter/charger.
3. Attach the other end of the cable to the
DC IN 6V jack on the camcorder.
4. Insert plug of car cord adapter/charger
into vehicle cigarette lighter’s socket.
5. Press and hold the small button on the
CAM/OFF/VCR switch while sliding it
in CAM.

Using DCC80 Car Cord Adapter/Charger to Charge a Battery
1. If the DC cable’s plug is attached to the
adapter/charger, remove it.
2. Attach the battery as shown.
3. The CHARGE indicator will light while
the battery is being charged. When the
CHARGE indicator turns off, the
battery is charged.
