To view events by event types,
1. Press [ ] → Calendar → Events tab.
2. Select → an event type.
3. Select an event to view its details.
File Viewer
Use the file viewer to view Word, PowerPoint,
Excel, PDF, and text files.
Open a file
1. Press [ ] → File Viewer.
2. Select a file.
3. While viewing the document, use the
following features:
• Select or to move between
pages.
• Select to go to specific page.
• Touch the display to view in full screen
mode; To exit full screen mode, touch
the display again.
• Touch the display twice and then drag
up (zoom in) or down (zoom out).
Find a word from a document
1. Press [ ] → File Viewer.
2. Select a file.
3. Select → Search for word.
4. Enter the word to find and select .
The word found will be highlighted in the
document.
5. To find another word, select .
