once to erase just the last number.

Selecting a Ringer Type for an Entry
You can assign a ringer type to a Contacts entry so you can identify
the caller by the ringer type. (See “Ringer Types” on
page 88.)
To select a ringer type for an entry:
1. Press the left softkey for Menu.
2. Press for Contacts.
3. Press for List Entries.
4. Select the desired entry and press .
5. Press the left softkey for Options, followed by to
Edit the entry.
6. Press the navigation key down until Default is selected and
press the left softkey for Options.
7. Using the navigation keys, select Name Ringer and press
.
8. Press the navigation key up or down to highlight and listen
to the desired Ringer. Press
to select the desired ringer.
9. Press to save the changes to the contact entry.
Changing the Group Name
You can associate a preset group name to your entries to help you
sort them easier in the Contacts. The preset group names already
programmed into your phone are:
• Friend • VIP
