Add group
: enters a new group name to
add a new group. You can see the new
group name in the Group list.
•
Rename group
: allows you to change the
group name.
•
Delete group
: deletes the selected group.
•
Delete all groups
: deletes all of the
groups.
Editing Group Item
1. When you select a group, you can see the
name list enrolled in the group.
2. If necessary, press the Up or Down key to
scroll through the name list.
3. Press the
Options
soft key to access the
following options:
•
Details
: allows you to view detailed
information about the selected member.
•
Edit group
: allows you to change members
in the group. Mark and unmark names you
want to add or delete using the
OK
key and
press the
Save
soft key.
Speed Dial
(Menu 6-4)
You can set up eight speed dial numbers and
then dial them simply by pressing the associated
number key.
Editing Speed Dial from the Speed Dial
List
1. When the Speed Dial list displays, highlight
one of the Speed dials you want to edit by
pressing the navigation keys.
2. Press the
Options
soft key to access
following options:
•
Add
: allows you to add a speed dial number
at an empty slot.
•
Details
: allows you to view detailed
information about the selected speed dial
entry, for example, the image and phone
number of the contact.
•
Change
: allows you to change into another
contact.
•
Remove
: allows you to clear the selected
speed dial number.
