Menu functions
Viewing world time
1. From the world map, move to the lower
line ( ).
2. Press [Left] or [Right] to scroll to the city
you want.
3. Press [ ] to save the time zone.
Using world clock options
From the world map, press <
Options
> to
access the following options:
•
Save
: save the selected foreign time
zone.
•
Daylight saving
: apply daylight saving
time to the time zone you want.
•
Dual time display
: set the following
options for the dual clock display:
Dual time
: set whether the dual clock is
displayed on the idle screen.
Dual time type
: select a dual clock
type.
•
Select display city
: select a city for
each clock. This option is only available
when you activate the dual clock setting
in
Dual time display
.
Calculator
(Menu 7.2.2)
Use this menu to perform basic arithmetic
functions, such as addition, subtraction,
multiplication, and division.
1. Enter the first number.
•Press <
.()
> to insert a decimal point
or bracket.
• Press [ ] or [ ] to move the cursor.
2. Press one of the Navigation keys to
access the math function you want.
3. Enter the second number.
4. Press [ ] to view the result.
5. If necessary, repeat from step 2 to
continue the calculation.
Converter
(Menu 7.2.3)
Use this menu for common conversions,
such as currency and temperature.
Performing a conversion
1. Select a converter.
2. Press [Left] or [Right] to select the
original unit and press [Down].
3. Enter the value to be converted and
press [Down].
